What happens if the AI gets it wrong?
Failed generations are automatically refunded in credits. If a completed output is clearly wrong, beta users can request human review so the team can correct, rerun, or refund the affected output.
Can it handle glass, reflections, and complex label text?
Ripli is designed for difficult product details such as labels, colorways, glass, and reflections. The reference-guided pipeline aims to preserve product structure and finish, and users should still review final outputs before publishing.
Who owns the copyright to the generated images?
You do. All outputs generated on paid plans are 100% commercially cleared for your use in paid ads, website assets, and social media. We do not train our foundational models on your proprietary product data.
What is the actual turnaround time?
Standard asset generation usually completes quickly. Complex campaigns can take a few minutes because Ripli runs additional quality checks, and flagged edge cases may be routed to human QA or refunded when a usable result is not delivered.
