Why can an 8-second video cost 10, 15, 20, or 40 credits?
Video pricing changes with quality mode and audio. Fast video without audio is the cheapest tier. Adding audio costs more, and standard-quality video costs more again. Ripli always shows the exact quote before you generate.
Do monthly credits roll over?
Yes. Monthly credits and paid top-up credits roll over while your subscription stays active and paid. If the subscription ends or becomes unpaid, remaining credits expire at the end of the paid term.
Can I buy one-time top-ups without changing plan?
Yes. Top-ups are separate one-time purchases that add credits to the same balance and roll over while the subscription remains active and paid.
What happens if a generation fails?
Failed technical generations are auto-refunded in credits. If a completed output is clearly wrong, Ripli can fix it, rerun it, or refund the affected credits under the Quality Guarantee and Credits & Refunds policy.
Is the product public or still beta?
Pricing is public, but access to Ripli Studio is still approved manually during private beta. The public website, policy pages, and pricing model reflect the paid product that approved customers receive.
