Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Ripli platform operated by RIPLI LTD. By creating an account, buying a subscription, or using Ripli services, you agree to these terms.

Ripli Studio access is still approved manually during private beta. Pricing and policy pages are public so commercial terms are visible before self-serve access fully opens.

1. Service and access

Ripli is an AI-powered creative platform for product images, video generation, and supporting creative tools such as editing, background removal, and upscaling.

During private beta, Ripli may approve customers manually before workspace access is enabled. Not every feature or mode is guaranteed for every plan at every moment.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Ripli for any of the following:

  • Illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive commercial content.
  • Deepfakes or impersonation of real people without lawful permission.
  • Trademark-infringing, counterfeit, or unauthorized branded content.
  • Hate speech, harassment, explicit sexual content, or violent abuse.
  • Medical, legal, or financial claims that require regulated approval.

Ripli may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated policy violations.

3. Your content and generated outputs

You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant Ripli a limited right to process that content only to provide the services you request.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to upload products, logos, packaging, imagery, and brand assets used in your workspace.

Subject to these terms, Ripli grants you the right to use generated outputs for your business purposes. You remain responsible for lawful use, disclosure obligations, and compliance with platform rules and advertising regulations.

4. Credits, subscriptions, and top-ups

  • Subscription plans renew monthly until cancelled.
  • Public pricing and top-up pricing are published at /pricing.
  • Monthly credits and top-up credits roll over while the subscription remains active and paid.
  • Ripli shows the exact credit quote before generation.
  • Failed technical jobs are auto-refunded in credits.
  • Completed but wrong outputs are handled under the Quality Guarantee and Credits & Refunds policy.
  • Credits are not transferable between customers or workspaces unless Ripli explicitly approves it in writing.

All prices are in USD unless Ripli states otherwise in writing. Taxes may apply.

5. Cancellation, expiry, and billing disputes

You may cancel a subscription before the next renewal date. Access continues through the paid term. If the subscription ends or becomes unpaid, remaining credits expire at the end of that paid term.

Ripli does not usually issue cash refunds for credit balances. If you believe there is a billing error, contact studio@ripli.ai before filing a payment dispute so the ledger can be reviewed directly.

6. Private actors, presets, and brand assets

Ripli may allow customers to create or upload private custom actors, private presets, and brand-specific assets. Those assets are intended for the customer workspace that created them unless Ripli explicitly states otherwise.

Business customers may receive additional private or brand-exclusive setup support as described on the pricing page or in a written commercial agreement.

7. Quality, failures, and support

Failed technical jobs are handled under the Credits & Refunds policy. Completed outputs that are clearly wrong are handled under the Quality Guarantee.

Ripli does not guarantee that every prompt or creative brief will produce the user's preferred result on the first attempt.

8. Changes to service or pricing

Ripli may improve, limit, or remove features, models, and service modes over time. Ripli may also change plan or top-up pricing for future billing periods.

Material changes will be reflected on the public pricing and policy pages and, where appropriate, communicated directly to affected customers.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RIPLI LTD's total liability for claims arising from or related to the service is limited to the fees paid by you to Ripli during the 12 months before the claim.

Ripli is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, revenue, business opportunity, or data.

FAQ

Are credits cash-refundable?

Normally no. Credits are the unit of usage inside Ripli. Failed technical jobs are refunded in credits, and billing errors can be reviewed manually by support.

What happens to credits when a subscription ends?

If a subscription ends or becomes unpaid, remaining credits expire at the end of the paid term unless Ripli confirms a different written arrangement.

Is Ripli still in beta?

Yes. Pricing and policy pages are public, but access to Ripli Studio is still approved manually during private beta onboarding.
