Studio beta trust policy
Quality Guarantee
Ripli is built for brands that need product content that does not look like AI and do not want to waste time or credits when generation goes wrong.
This page applies to Ripli Studio beta outputs. Public tools provide analysis and planning output only.
Protection
Auto-refunds for failed jobs
If a generation fails and no usable output is delivered, Ripli returns the affected credits automatically.
Protection
Human review for wrong outputs
If a job completes but the result is clearly wrong, beta users can request review during the UK support window.
What human review means
If a job completes but the result is clearly wrong, you can press Request fix inside Ripli. During the active support window, Ripli will do one of the following:
- Fix the output with human correction.
- Rerun the job with human QA to reach the correct result.
- Refund the affected credits if a proper fix is not feasible quickly.
The goal is to remove the casino feeling common in AI tools where you pay for an outcome and no one helps when it misses the brief.
UK support hours
Ripli handles human review during Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 21:00 Europe/London.
Requests submitted outside that window are handled when the next working window starts. This avoids silently promising overnight coverage that is not currently staffed during beta.
What counts as wrong
A job qualifies for human review when it has a clear quality, accuracy, or compliance fault.
Actor / human errors
- Wrong actor or visible identity drift from the selected actor.
- Extra hands, extra limbs, or incorrect anatomy.
- Face or eye artefacts that make the content unusable.
Product accuracy errors
- Wrong label text, distorted packaging text, or missing branding.
- Incorrect product shape, proportions, or key features.
- Wrong colourway or finish compared with the source product.
Visual artefacts
- Warping, melting, broken edges, or unrealistic object joins.
- Bad shadows or reflections that break realism.
- Obvious AI artefacts that undermine trust or compliance.
Brief not followed
- Wrong background environment when the environment was clearly specified.
- Wrong framing or composition, such as a wide shot instead of a requested close-up.
- Missing required elements, such as a box, prop, or visible product detail that was explicitly requested.
What is not covered
This guarantee is about quality and correctness, not open-ended taste changes.
- Technically correct outputs that you simply do not like stylistically.
- Requests to make the result more premium, warmer, trendier, or otherwise directionally different after generation.
- Requests that contradict the original brief or arrive after the brief has materially changed.
- Very unclear or high-risk instructions where a correct outcome cannot be judged objectively without new references.
If you want creative changes rather than corrections, treat that as a new generation or a revised brief.
How to request a fix
- Open the job or output inside Ripli Studio.
- Click Request fix.
- Choose the issue type, such as wrong actor, extra hands, or label text wrong.
- Add a short note explaining what is wrong and what the correct outcome should be.
Outcomes you may receive
- A corrected output delivered to your library.
- A rerun with human QA delivered to your library.
- A credit refund for the affected output if a correct fix is not feasible quickly.
Fair use
Ripli is a premium service. The guarantee is intended for genuine quality failures, not repeated cycling of subjective directions.
If Ripli detects repeated preference-only fix requests, the team may ask for clearer references, limit eligibility for a specific request, or ask for a revised brief as a new job.
Questions?
If you are unsure whether something qualifies, submit the fix request and Ripli will triage it quickly. For credits-specific rules, read the Credits & Refunds Policy.
FAQ
Does human review run overnight or on weekends?
No. Human review is handled during UK support hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 21:00 Europe/London. Requests submitted outside that window resume when the next working window starts.
Does this apply to the public tools?
No. The public tools provide analysis and planning output only. Human review applies to approved Studio beta users and completed Studio outputs.
What if a fast fix is not feasible?
Ripli can resolve the issue by manual correction, a rerun with human QA, or a credit refund for the affected output when a correct result cannot be delivered quickly.
